Money Back – Terms and Conditions

We offer money back when on the day the product is received, you should take a clear photo of the defective part and send to us within 3 days.

 

Moneyback– Policy

-       The money back offer is only available for damaged products. Other reasons are not accepted.

-       Please make sure to take a clear photo of the defective part.

-       The money will be refunded back to your payment gateway or by other means such as settled by cash, bank transfer or Payme.

-       Hong Kong Pranic Healing Foundation reserves the final right to refund.

RETURN POLICY - Courses

 - Once the registration fee has been paid, no refund will be given to participants who are absent from the event for any reason. Participants may transfer paid fees to other courses.

-  If we cancel or reschedule the course for any reasons, participants can choose to transfer the fees for other courses or request a full refund. 

- Hong Kong Pranic Healing Foundation reserves the right to make a final decision.
