Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item has been delivered, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost. To request an exchange, please email admin@hkpranichealing.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the item received. For urgent matters, please contact your local instructor directly.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss an alternative arrangement.

Courses & Events All courses and events listed on this website are organized and managed independently by local instructors. HKPHF is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for any refunds, cancellations, losses, or disputes arising from courses or events. For all course and event enquiries, registrations, and arrangements, please contact your local instructor directly.

• S.F. Express — Circle K Store Pickup
• S.F. — Business Station
• S.F. Express — Office / Home Delivery
• No delivery required — Self-Arrangement with Local Instructors

Shipping Time: 1–2 working days (SF Express, Hong Kong)
